June Refuge Refresh - Have a Positive Impact

Hi Refuge friends,
Summer is in full swing, which means many are taking the opportunity do a little traveling. I had the privilege of visiting Chihuahua, Mexico earlier this month to help build a church. It was a great trip and we had a blast—even though it was HOT! You can check out pictures and details of the trip in an update I recently sent out HERE. For those that know me well (or probably even those that only know me a little haha), you know that I really have a heart for Mexico. I firmly believe that in our limited time on this earth, we should try to do as much good as we can to positively impact as many people as possible. I don’t always live up to that lofty goal, but I believe it’s a good one.
So my simple challenge to you today is this: How can you positively impact someone around you today? Let’s focus on that and make it a great summer! As always, let me know if I can help you in any way.

For your Medicare coverage, one path you can choose are Medicare Advantage private insurance plans that provide your Medicare Part A and Part B benefits, often with extra benefits like prescription drugs, dental, vision, and hearing coverage (they bundle everything together in a package). Unlike Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans, Medicare Advantage plans replace Original Medicare and generally trade a much lower monthly premium for more pay-as-you-go costs when you receive medical care.
