Hey there Refuge Friend,
Happy New Year! With Refuge, my constant battle cry is “Genuinely help people.” Therefore, I’m always thinking about how I can be a resource and have a positive impact on as many people as possible. That fact, and a desire to maintain contact with those I’ve met and helped before, have led me to try something new. I’m going to start sending out a monthly Refuge Refresh email! It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, but my schedule and perfectionism have kept me from actually starting. With the New Year here, I decided to finally send it out and look to improve as I go. 😊
Since I was blessed with the opportunity to connect with and help you in some way, I wanted to include YOU on the email list. I PROMISE that this email will not be an annoying, salesy, marketing pitch. I can’t stand those emails either! I want it to provide value and help you in some way. The idea is for it to be short, light-hearted, educational and encouraging. It’ll be something you can read in just a few minutes. I know you may not be able to read it each month, but I hope that whenever you do, it’ll be beneficial for you. Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (MAOEP) gives individuals already enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan a one-time opportunity to switch to a different MA plan or return to Original Medicare. It lasts from January 1st-March 31st each year.
